Indian Head Massage is based on massage techniques which are used for  easing physical tensions whilst re-vitalising and re-balancing the body  this is ideal for stress and tension in the shoulders,as well as neck and head area's ,headaches,sinus problems ,jaw ache giving a sense of calmness and positive well being

Acupressure Chair massage is a technique of applying pressurre by using thumbs , fingers,knuckles and elbows directly to the bodies "acu points", this can relax , calm,invigorate,improve joint mobility and flexibility and return the body back to its normal balance.

This can be performed anywhere and the client remains fully clothed.

Reiki is a healing technique where the therapist can channel energy into the client by means of touch to activate the natural healing process of the body and restore physical and emotional well being , bringing deep relaxation, soothing emotions and reduces negative feelings .

Reflexology is a relaxing therapy involving the application of pressure to the feet or hands with thumbs  and fingers, the reflex areas on the hands and feet are linked to the organs/areas of the body  within the same zone encouraging healing and relieving stress and tension also improving general health and well being.

   Duration 60 minutes   

Hot Stone Reflexology is an addition to Reflexology, its a very relaxing treatment where the placement of hot and cold stones are placed on the areas of the foot and up the leg to the knee, the heat penetrates to a deeper level than the therapist's hands and fingers.

helping to relax the body's muscles, promoting  calmness and relaxation, while improving circulation and helping  to rid the body of toxins.

   Duration 60 minutes   

Ear Candling Therapy is where hollow tube candles made from cotton  soaked in beeswax, honey and herbs are placed into the ear, when lit the candle vaporises the ingredients causing a vacuum at the bottom this stimulates /massages the eardrum and auditory canal, enabling the removal of any impurities and wax out of the ear.
